Cauliflower Wings – Three ways

cauliflower

Ahh, the simple cauliflower.

Not the most popular of veggies for most…. until they try it this way!

I remember a few years ago my husband said “I don’t like cauliflower” he also said this about brussel sprouts, zucchini, cucumber and gnocchi. Although I have not converted him on raw zucchini or any cucumber, I have brought him around on sprouts and gnocchi and he loves cauliflower.

We use these recipes as a party snack, entree or a meal if you are my girlfriend Sara and I when making this the other day….

After you have broken  the head into a little bigger then bite size and washed them I then battered in an wholemeal flour and water blend with just a pinch of salt. I use 1:1.5 ratio of flour to water.

You then lay them out on a baking tray and bake for 20 – 30 mins at 180°C.

Whilst these are baking you can make your glazes and dipping sauces.
