3/4 cup oats
1 cups almond milk
Hand full of dried fruits ( I have used cranberries)
Cinnamon to taste
Seeds or nuts ( I have used 1 Tbl of sunflower seeds and 1 Tbl of chia seeds)
Combine all ingredients into a jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning you can eat as is or top with some fresh fruit as well.
